I am looking for investors to help finance the building of 6 self catering cottages to enlarge my existing B & B and Restaurant business. I have already got planning permission and all services are in place.
The deal is very simple really, The area we live in, which is the beautiful, crime free town of Tulbagh in the Western Cape, South Africa, is one of the most popular places for tourists to visit, we are 1 hr 20 mins from Cape Town nestled in the mountains and surrounded by some of the best Wine and Olive estates in South Africa, we also have the only street (Church Street) in Africa where every building is a National Monument including the Church which was the first church ever built in South Africa.
We host many international weddings here which is growing every year and there is a shortage of accommodation that's why I need to develop my self catering cottages which will be able to accommodate 32 people plus I have my guest house next door which will accommodate 8 people in 4 star luxury.
I am also prepared to pay a commission of 10% on every unit other people take up who are introduced by you, so get 10 others involved and get an extra unit FREE!
There are only 1000 units available at $500 each, when they are gone That's It! the offer will be withdrawn.
I will pay 10% per year on every unit.
